NMB's high quality benefit program is an important part of your total compensation.
NMB offers medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as long term disability, and contributes towards the cost of Long Term care insurance. NMB also offers health and dependant care spending accounts, as well as an education assistance program that covers tuition, text books and registration fees.
The NMB 401(k) Plan for non-union employees allows you to lower your income taxes now as you save for your future. You may elect to contribute from 1% up to 100% of your pretax income (in accordance with IRS Regulations) and choose from a wide selection of investments. The company will also contribute to your account by matching 50% of the first 6% of your contributions. There is a five year vesting schedule for company contributions, but your contributions are immediately vested. New employees will be automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution level the 1st payroll following their third month of employment with 250 hours and age 21.
NMB employees enjoy 12 paid Holidays per year. Where business conditions permit, some of these Holidays are combined to allow for a holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year's Day.
