Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Receive and review customer purchase orders
    2. OEM and Distribution orders, coordinating allocation of open orders
    3. Generate daily or weekly status reports for OEM & Disty
    4. Provide customer with detailed information regarding delivery status
    5. Manage and maintain sample order status
    6. Ensure correct part numbers as assigned and coordinate V/A if necessary
    7. Arrange Logistics from NMB warehouse to offsite V/A vendor
    8. Value Added Coordination – Coordination of order (including, not limited to Procurement, Engineering, obtaining quotes, purchasing parts, scheduling).
    9. Third Party Warehouse Management
    10. Supervise Product Support Representatives
    11. Secondary Tasks

      Responsibilities that are required occasionally

  • 1. Follow-up with customer or Account Manager on action items
  • 2. Technical Engineering support providing product information and technical support for incoming calls. Read spec. sheets and cross reference part numbers.
  • 3. Identify customer needs, handle issues, provides recommendations, implements resolutions
  • 4. Provide leadership and training as required to Product Support Group in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • 5. Perform other duties as related to the job function as required
  • Job Qualification Requirements

      1. High School Graduate, some college preferred
      2. 5-10 Years experience in product support, customer service, supervision
      3. Knowledge of product ordering, receiving, tracking, distribution process
      4. Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
      5. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
